Quickly and easily personalize your automated email notifications in FlexPoint.
Important: Do not enable notifications until you are ready to collect payments from your clients via FlexPoint. Enabling notifications prematurely can cause confusion with your clients.
How to Customize Your Templates
- Navigate to "Customers"
- Click "Notifications"
- Select the "Email Templates" tab
- Locate and click the type of automated email you want to edit
- Edit the template based on your preferences
- Click "Save"
