Default Invoice Message
Set a default message that appears on your invoices. FlexPoint uses this only when no message is supplied from an integration. Learn more about creating invoices.
Integration PDF
FlexPoint automatically generates invoice PDFs based on the underlying data we receive. You can also choose to use the PDF created by your connected integration (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Halo, etc.).
- Not available for QuickBooks Desktop
- If connected to both your accounting system and PSA (Dual Integration), FlexPoint uses the PSA PDF.
- Example: If both ConnectWise and QuickBooks Online are connected, the PDF will come from ConnectWise.
- If the invoice doesn’t exist in your PSA, FlexPoint will pull from your accounting system (except QuickBooks Desktop).
- If no PDF exists from your integrations, FlexPoint auto-generates one from the data.
Disable Memo Field
If you’re using the FlexPoint-generated invoice PDF, you can hide the invoice message field from your clients by disabling the memo field. Click here to learn more.
