Complete Your FlexPoint Sign-Up

Follow these steps to activate your FlexPoint account

Below are the required steps to fully complete your FlexPoint sign-up. Use the dropdowns to expand each step for complete instructions.

1. Open the Sign-Up Confirmation Email▶

Open the Sign-Up Confirmation Email from FlexPoint

💡 If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Follow the Instructions to Log In▶

Click the link in the email to navigate to FlexPoint and log in using your credentials.

3. Review & Complete Your Information▶

Some of your information will already be pre-filled. Please review all details and fill in any missing fields to ensure your profile is complete

4. Add Your Bank Account▶

To finalize your account and activate access to the platform, you’ll need to securely connect your bank account — this is the account we’ll use for your FlexPoint subscription payments.

• Click “Continue with Plaid” to securely connect your bank.
• Follow the prompts to log into your bank and authorize the connection.

5. Click “Complete Sign Up”▶

Once all information is entered and your bank account is connected, click “Complete Sign Up” to finish activating your account.
