Halo - How to Manage Email Contacts

When integrated with Halo, FlexPoint will pull the email addresses defined under "Accounts Email Address" and "Accounts Email CC Address" as both bill-to contacts and portal users in FlexPoint.

Portal User Sync Only

In the event you only want to sync an email(s) as a portal user (those who have the ability to login to FlexPoint), you can leverage the field in Halo illustrated below:
