How to Create a FlexPoint Role Type - Halo

In Halo, roles are used to assign different permissions and access rights to agents.

If you need to add more portal users in FlexPoint but don't want these contacts automatically receiving invoices, you can add a "FlexPoint" role to the contact.

Steps to Add FlexPoint Role

1. Navigate to "Configuration" 

2. Click "Teams & Agents" 

3. Select "Roles"

4. Click "New"

5. Under "Role Name" input "FlexPoint"

6. Click "Save"

Now you can add the "FlexPoint" role to the applicable contact.
