How to Log In to FlexPoint

A guide to accessing your FlexPoint account via Passwordless Login or SSO

FlexPoint provides two secure login methods:

• Passwordless Login via email verification code
• Single Sign-On (SSO) using your Microsoft account

Passwordless Login

• No password required
• One-time email code
• Fast setup

Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Uses Microsoft business account
• One-click login after initial approval
• Option to disable email verification

Passwordless Login via Email Token

1. Go to www.getflexpoint.com or apps.getflexpoint.com
2. Click Login.

3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Continue.

5. Check your inbox for the FlexPoint Support email (Didn’t receive it?) Check spam, verify your email address, or resend after 60 seconds. 

6. Enter the one-time code.
7. Click Sign In.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Log in using your Microsoft business email. FlexPoint automatically detects Microsoft domains.

• Approve sign-in on your first login.
• Future logins are one-click.

How to enable SSO-only mode

1. Go to Settings
2. Select General
3. Ensure the General tab is selected
4. Toggle Use SSO Only

Why didn’t I get my verification email? ▶

Check spam, confirm your email, or resend after 60 seconds.

Can I use both SSO and email login? ▶

Yes — both stay enabled until you toggle “Use SSO Only.”

Does SSO work with Google accounts? ▶

Not yet — FlexPoint supports Microsoft SSO only.
