Internal Email Notifications

Stay informed with internal email notifications.

Internal email notifications are a vital tool to keep your internal team informed and connected. They ensure that important action and reminder notifications are promptly delivered to the right people, enhancing the overall effectiveness and management of your FlexPoint account. Internal email notifications are not sent to your clients.

Default Settings

Upon account creation, the email leveraged during signup will be the default email address for all internal email notifications. Should there not be any optimizations made to your notification settings, those listed as "Users" will receive all notifications.

1. Navigate to Settings on the left-hand side
2. Select General
3. Click Users
