You have the ability to manually collect a payment on behalf of your client. There are two main ways to do so:
Method 1: Quick Actions
- Navigate to "Invoices" and locate the applicable invoice
- Hover over the ellipsis (the three horizontal dots)
- Click the card icon (collect payment)
4. Select the preferred payment type
5. Select the applicable payment method (if there is more than 1)
6. Click "Charge"
Method 2: Invoice Detail Page
- Navigate to "Invoices"
- Locate and click the applicable invoice
3. Click "More"
4. Click "Collect Payment"
5. Select the preferred payment type
6. Select the applicable payment method (if there is more than 1)
7. Click "Charge"
