Understand how FlexPoint AutoPay rules map to Halo invoice data
When integrated with Halo PSA, FlexPoint unlocks additional AutoPay capabilities. This guide shows how each AutoPay field in FlexPoint maps directly to Halo invoice data.
Use these mappings when creating rules to:

Example AutoPay Rule 💡
You can configure an AutoPay rule using mapped fields like:
- Contract: SP0001
- Invoice Total: Greater than $100
- Action: Automatically charge saved payment method
This ensures only invoices tied to a specific agreement are processed automatically.
Add a Halo AutoPay Rule
To create a new Halo AutoPay rule in FlexPoint, navigate to Settings > AutoPay and click Add Rule. Next, choose your rule(s), which automatically map to the corresponding Halo value(s) shown above.
