What Does a PSA Integration Allow You to Do?

Integrating your PSA (Professional Services Automation) platform with FlexPoint allows you to connect and automate key financial and customer workflows.

Basic Integration

• Import client information directly from your PSA
• Use invoice PDFs directly from your PSA
• Manage Portal Users from your PSA
• Additional AutoPay rule criteria including Agreement/Contract*
• Add FlexPoint payment link to your PSA client portal†

† Only available in HaloPSA

Full Integration (Available for ConnectWise)

• Import historical and new invoices directly from your PSA, including line item details
• Sync invoices from your PSA to your accounting system
• Post payment status back to your PSA
• Use invoice PDFs directly from your PSA
• Manage Portal Users from your PSA
• Additional AutoPay rule criteria including Agreement/Contract
