How to Impersonate a Portal User
Easily access your client’s portal for troubleshooting or assistance
FlexPoint allows Merchant Users with the Admin role to impersonate their client portal. This helps you troubleshoot, view, or guide clients directly from their portal experience.
Step 1: Navigate to the Customer Record ▶
Go to Customers > Customers and select the Customer Record you wish to view.
Step 2: Scroll to Portal Users Section ▶
Scroll down to the Portal Users section within the Customer Record.
Step 3: Click the Impersonate Button ▶
Click the button on the far right of the Portal Users section to impersonate the client portal.
Note: Only Admin users have access to this feature.
