How to add a payment method – Client Portal
Empower clients to pay securely - credit cards or bank accounts (ACH)
FlexPoint supports payments using both credit cards and bank accounts (ACH). Clients can add their preferred payment method(s) through your client payment portal.
Credit Cards
Clients can enter their card details and begin making payments immediately.
Bank Accounts (ACH)
Clients have two options for setting up ACH payments:
- Plaid: A secure digital application that allows clients to connect their bank account to FlexPoint in seconds.
- Manual Verification: Clients can add their bank account manually if they prefer not to use Plaid. With this method, the payment method will not be available immediately — small micro-deposits will be sent to the account, which the client must verify within FlexPoint before payments can be made.
