Connect Your Accounting System
Link FlexPoint to your accounting system and configure key settings
Follow the steps below to connect your accounting system and configure the required settings for proper invoice syncing and reconciliation.
- Go to Settings
- Select Integrations
- Locate your accounting system
- Click Connect
- Follow the on-screen steps to sign in
Configure Key Settings ⚙️
Once your accounting system is connected, configure the following settings to ensure proper syncing and reconciliation.
Invoice Deposit Account
Ensure your Invoice Deposit Account matches the bank account used for payment processing.
This allows FlexPoint to automatically reconcile deposits.
Invoice Line Item Account
This setting applies if you:
- Create invoices in FlexPoint
- Enable product syncing
If a product is not found in your accounting system, FlexPoint will:
- Create the product automatically
- Map it to your selected revenue account (e.g., Sales or Other Income)
