It depends. If Auto Sync is not enabled and the invoice contains products not already in QuickBooks, the invoice will not sync.
With GL Connect:
Line items are mapped to revenue accounts defined in ConnectWise setup tables.
Without GL Connect:
Items are mapped to your default Invoice Line Item Account in Settings → Integrations.
