Sage Intacct Integration Guide
Set up and integrate Sage Intacct with FlexPoint.
How the Integration Works
FlexPoint → Sage Intacct REST API → Your Sage Intacct Data

Step-by-Step Setup
The role will have only the permissions needed for the FlexPoint integration. The Web Services user must have permissions that match exactly what the integration needs.
Navigate to: Company → Admin → Roles
Select Create
- Name: FlexPoint
- Description: FlexPoint Integration
- Click Save
After creating the role, configure its subscriptions and permissions.
Click Subscriptions next to FlexPoint.
You will be taken to the FlexPoint - Role Subscriptions page, where you will configure the required permissions.
The permissions that will be configured are:
- Company
- Cash Management
- General Ledger
- Accounts Receivable
Select Permissions on the right side of each section and configure each section as shown below.
Begin with Company Permissions, and select each box as shown. Being sure to click Save after all selections are made prior to moving on to the next category.
Sage Intacct requires a dedicated Web Services user account for your FlexPoint integration, rather than a personal user account. This improves security and auditability.
To do this, navigate to Company → Admin → Web Service Users and follow the steps as shown in the screenshots below:Select Create
Fill out required information as seen below and select Save. For convenience, FlexPoint generates a unique User ID within the FlexPoint platform that can be used for this step.
To generate your unique user ID in FlexPoint, log into your FlexPoint dashboard and navigate to Settings → Integrations. Select + Connect on Sage Intacct as seen below:
Here you can copy your unique FlexPoint User ID and paste into Sage Intacct to complete this step:
Add FlexPoint as an authorized sender using the following credentials:
Sender ID: LendARR
Client ID: 4d02d25de337869dfecd.app.sage.com
In Sage Intacct, navigate to Company → Setup → Company
Navigate to Platform Services → Install application and complete the steps as shown below:
Once the Web Services user is set up, you need to securely share the connection credentials with FlexPoint.
In FlexPoint, navigate to Settings → Integrations. Select Sage Intacct, fill out the required information as seen below, and click Connect:
