With GL Connect (ConnectWise and QuickBooks Online), FlexPoint supports the syncing of credit memos from ConnectWise to QuickBooks Online.
When a credit memo is created in ConnectWise and the status is closed, the credit memo will sync to QuickBooks Online and will be "Unapplied".
