If you're using GL Connect, you can choose between two options to translate time entries from ConnectWise into QuickBooks line items.
Detailed Sync Off
With Detailed Sync off, line items for time entries from ConnectWise will be translated as the following:
Item Name: "T&M" + Work Role (e.g. "T&M System Engineer")
Item Description: Work Type (e.g. "Remote Support")
Detailed Sync On
With Detailed Sync on, line items for time entries from ConnectWise will be translated as the following:
Item Name: Work Type (e.g. "Remote Support")
Item Description: Ticket Number and Ticket Summary (e.g. "Ticket: 580-ticket summary")
Toggling Detailed Sync
To enable or disable detailed sync, go to Settings > Integrations and open the page for the ConnectWise integration.
