For AutoPay to function, the invoice must be tagged to "AutoPay" and there needs to be an AutoPay authorized payment method. In the event that you don't want a specific invoice to AutoPay, you can remove the "AutoPay" tag prior.
- Click "Invoices"
- Search and/or select the applicable invoice
3. Click "More"
4. Click "Remove AutoPay"
The tag on the invoice will then display "Auto Pay (disabled)". By doing this, the invoice will not qualify for AutoPay as the invoice is no longer tagged to AutoPay.
