Turning On Automated Email Notifications
Quick guide to enable notifications and ensure clients are informed
Important: Do not enable notifications until you are ready to collect payments from your clients via FlexPoint. Enabling notifications prematurely can cause confusion.
Turning on automated email notifications in FlexPoint is quick and easy. Let’s get started!
Step-by-Step Setup 🛠️
Go to the Customers section in your FlexPoint dashboard.
Select the Notifications menu to view email options.
Open Settings to configure the automated emails.
Locate the type of automated email you want to enable and toggle it on. The switch will turn green when enabled.
Click Save to apply your changes. Notifications will begin sending automatically.
