FlexPoint integrates with HaloPSA via its API.
Seamlessly import client info, manage invoices, and integrate user portals with FlexPoint and HaloPSA.

How to Integrate
Step 1: In HaloPSA ▶
Click Configuration in the left navigation, then Integrations.
Step 2: Select HaloPSA API ▶
Select View Applications and click New to add a new API application.
Step 3: Enter Application Details ▶
- Application Name: FlexPoint
- Authentication Method: Client ID and Secret
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret tokens to a safe place ⓘ
Step 4: Assign Permissions ▶
- Admin:webhooks — Yes
- read:customers — Yes
- edit:customers — Yes
- read:contracts — Yes
- edit:contracts — Yes
- read:invoices — Yes
- edit:invoices — Yes
Click Save.
Step 5: Select Agent ▶
After saving, click Edit at the top. Select an agent for FlexPoint to perform actions.
ⓘStep 6: Save and Confirm ▶
Click Save again. HaloPSA is now ready to integrate with FlexPoint.
Step 7: In FlexPoint ▶
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and choose Halo.
- Tenant: base URL to access HaloPSA
- Client ID: the Client ID copied earlier
- Client Secret: the Client Secret copied earlier
Click Connect. Integration complete!

Yes, FlexPoint allows connecting multiple tenants by repeating the integration steps for each.
Are API tokens secure? ▶
Yes, the Client ID and Secret are only shown during setup and should be stored securely.
What permissions are required? ▶
The integration requires read/edit permissions for customers, contracts, invoices, and webhooks as outlined in Step 4.
