Understanding the Command Center

The Agents Command Center provides a centralized view of AR Agent activity, notifications, approvals, and workflow tasks. From one location you can monitor collections activity, manage pending approvals, review escalations, and track automated outreach in real time.

The Command Center serves as your operational hub for monitoring AR automation. Review notifications, approvals, escalations, and recent activity from a single dashboard.

View all collections activity and AR Agent tasks from one centralized workspace.

Notifications

Receive real-time updates for approvals, escalations, customer activity, and automated workflows.

Filters

Organize tasks by All, Approvals, Account Reviews, or Activity.

Approvals and Account Reviews

Review customer communications and actions awaiting your approval before they are sent.

Recent Activity

Track completed outreach, reminders, payment communications, and other automated AR Agent actions.

STEP 2

Navigate the Command Center

Expand each section below to learn how to navigate the Command Center.

Access the Command Center ▶

From your FlexPoint dashboard navigate to Agents → AR Agent to open the Overview page. This dashboard provides visibility into approvals, escalations, notifications, and automated AR activity.

Review Notifications & Activity ▶

Tasks requiring attention are automatically prioritized at the top of your task list. Search for an account or filter tasks by All, Approvals, Account Reviews, or Activity.

Manage Pending Approvals ▶

Select Review to review communications awaiting approval. Review the proposed action, generate an email based on account history, edit the message if needed, then approve it for delivery.

Account Reviews ▶

Use the Account Reviews filter to identify customer interactions that require human intervention.

Selecting Review opens the task details where you can review recent communications, mark the task as complete, dismiss it, or select Open Full Conversation to view the complete customer history.

Activity History ▶

The Activity filter displays a chronological history of automated outreach, payment reminders, customer communications, and other actions performed by AR Agents.
