FlexPoint integrates with ConnectWise Manage via the REST API and API Members configured in your system.
To create an API Member, follow the instructions below. You must have Administrative privileges in ConnectWise Manage to perform this setup.
What Does the ConnectWise integration allow you to do?

Integrating with ConnectWise allows you to do the following

Import historical and new invoices directly from ConnectWise including invoice line item details

Import client information directly from ConnectWise

Two-way sync allows automatic payments to be posted to ConnectWise

Create AutoPay rules based on ConnectWise agreements

Step 1: Create a New API Member in ConnectWise

Navigate to "Members" below System
-
Click API Members at the top of the screen
-
Click the "+" sign to add a new API member
Step 2: Fill in the details

Fill in the required fields as outlined below:

Member ID: FlexPoint
-
Member Name: FlexPoint
-
Role ID: Admin
-
Business Unit: Integration
-
Click Save at the top left of the screen

Step 3: Generate API Keys
-
Click API Keys in the middle of the screen

Click the "+" sign to add a new API key
-

Put "FlexPoint" as the description
-
Click "Save" to generate the keys
Step 4: Add the API keys in FlexPoint

Company Id will be sourced from the ConnectWise Manage login screen

Public Key: Sourced from Step 3 above, the API Keys within ConnectWise

Private Key: Sourced from Step 3 above, the API Keys within ConnectWise

Click "Connect" to finish the integration
